Tim is a savvy, seasoned commercial and employment litigator. He represents both management and workers in connection with wrongful termination, discrimination, and sexual harassment claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, as well as employment litigation in state and federal courts and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and California Labor Commission. Tim also provides counsel and training to clients in complex employment matters, including employee terminations, trade secret protection, employee leaves of absence, workplace privacy, wage and hour matters and the design and implementation of employee handbooks, supervisor manuals and employment policies. He also has deep expertise in commercial, environmental and construction defects matters, and counsels the firm’s clients on a wide range of issues to help avoid conflicts.

Tim is a past President and Treasurer of the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF). He is also a member of the Wiley Manuel Law Foundation, an organization that provides scholarship and career motivation for high school and college students in Northern California who are interested in a career in law, and is involved in both the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) and the California Minority Counsel Program (CMCP).
